Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end laptop lifecycle and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Process user access requests and perform onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Implement and maintain security policies and monitor security incidents
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
- 3+ years of experience with device management platforms
- 3+ years of Google Workspace administration experience
- 2+ years of experience with endpoint security solutions
- Proven experience with IT service management and advanced ticketing systems
