Senior Manager - Asset Quality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Commercial Asset Quality Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Redevelop, implement, and manage the bank's Asset Quality Reporting framework to enhance trouble asset management
• Produce timely AQR outputs and develop follow-up strategies for adherence to AQR Committee directives
• Lead the note sale process and manage a portfolio of complex problem credits with actionable workout strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Required)
• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in commercial credit, loan workout, or asset quality management (Required)
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or managing professional staff (Required)
• Deep knowledge of commercial lending structures and credit risk principles (Required)
