• Manage a team of doula operations professionals, supporting their growth and development
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations, manage health plan launches, and ensure timely payment for doulas

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in operational roles, preferably in high-growth companies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data analysis
• Proven track record of designing and scaling operational processes
• Experience in team management with a focus on development and results
• Familiarity with the maternal health landscape is a bonus
