Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead strategy and execution of paid media programs across Google and Bing, managing a seven-figure monthly budget
- Own channel performance accountability, ensuring alignment with customer acquisition goals
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize ad creative and landing pages
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing performance media campaigns with significant budgets in the DTC e-commerce space
- Hands-on experience with Google and Bing ads platforms, including campaign management and optimization
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed management for Google Shopping
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive testing roadmaps and learning agendas for paid search
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies
