Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager to enhance its enterprise segment presence in private markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an enterprise persona playbook, conducting voice-of-customer research to refine understanding of personas
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to create collateral for the enterprise buying process and ensure Sales teams have personalized messaging
- Develop persona-specific messaging frameworks and assess positioning based on market feedback and product innovation
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or enterprise GTM strategy, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles with a focus on supporting Sales
- Proven success in developing persona-based messaging and enablement materials
- Experience in private markets (real estate, private equity, or alternative investments) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a results-oriented focus
