Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design and delivery of scalable technical support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and program performance
- Own training documentation and tooling for technical support teams, managing case complexity standards and centralized resources
- Lead the development and implementation of AI Agent delivery strategies to improve technical support capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- 1+ year of experience in building and scaling technical support or enablement functions
- Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
