Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide intermediary technical support via phone, email, or workflow applications for installation and service requests
- Complete hardware repair and programming for pc-based systems and maintain general PC repair knowledge
- Create, update, and maintain department resources and customer databases, ensuring accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of helpdesk experience preferred
- Experience with low-voltage, security, and surveillance industry hardware preferred
- Intermediate networking and hardware experience preferred; Comptia A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and familiarity with Microsoft and Unix/Linux operating systems is beneficial
