- Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2 years of subject matter expertise in Rocket products - ChangeMan, Comparex, StarTool
- Experience with z/OS and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of relational databases such as IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
- Programming experience in REXX, COBOL, or PLI
- Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse
