Key Responsibilities
- Drive conversations with customers on enterprise architecture best practices and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide proactive support and recommendations to minimize service disruptions
- Lead the resolution of critical technical issues and assist developers with Salesforce integration troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- Five years of experience in a related field
- Experience with Salesforce Administration and Customization
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Web Services (REST and SOAP API)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various Salesforce products and tools
