Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Associate (NOC 1) to provide technical support and management of end users, servers, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-call resolution for customer issues and requests
  • Triage, prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate end-user and infrastructure issues
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 Consultants for complex issue resolution


Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience required, with Managed Services preferred
  • Experience with PSA and RMM toolsets is a plus
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems; Mac support is a plus
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of server environments and Microsoft Entra ID administration
