Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Associate (NOC 1) to provide technical support and management of end users, servers, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-call resolution for customer issues and requests
- Triage, prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate end-user and infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 Consultants for complex issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience required, with Managed Services preferred
- Experience with PSA and RMM toolsets is a plus
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems; Mac support is a plus
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of server environments and Microsoft Entra ID administration
