Job Summary
A company is looking for a 2nd Shift Remote Work Cell Specialist Service Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected Strategic National Account customers, managing service request intake and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations through collaboration across various domains and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead invoice dispute resolution and quarterly business review discussions while adhering to policies and standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in customer service, sales, or order to cash functions
- Demonstrated experience in successful customer escalation management
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive alignment and engagement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
