Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven track record in Knowledge Management and Process Ownership
- Experience with small, mid, and large-scale organizational projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in agile software methodologies
