Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and services in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply consultative and technical expertise to support cloud initiatives with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security
• Deliver resilient, observable, and compliant solutions in AWS GovCloud and commercial cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or math
• 3-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Kibana
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure
