SLED Capture Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Management Director focused on State, Local, and Education (SLED) opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional Capture Team to produce winning proposals for SLED & Commercial opportunities
• Partner with sales teams to proactively identify and secure significant public sector opportunities
• Review RFP/RFI requirements and develop win strategies with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant coursework and extensive professional experience may be considered
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with State, Local, and Education (SLED) proposals
• Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Proposal Management (APMP) is preferred
