Job Summary
A company is looking for a Social Media Strategist - Community Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies that align with brand and business objectives
- Independently manage social campaigns from concept through execution, including content planning, publishing, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with Community Marketing, Content, and Digital Video teams to create compelling, channel-specific content that resonates with target audiences
Qualifications/Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably in a brand or agency setting
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform content and campaign decisions
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and their respective content formats
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr, native platforms)
