Software Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to implement and customize PM & CRM software systems for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of PM/CRM software systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Train employees on effective use of the PM/CRM system and provide ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience implementing PM/CRM software systems
• Strong knowledge of PM/CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and others
• PM/CRM certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make.com is a plus
