Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers to ensure exceptional technical customer support
  • Oversee team performance, including conducting performance reviews and addressing employee relations issues
  • Drive initiatives to improve team productivity and collaborate on high-priority escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • 3+ years of technical experience in customer support or related roles
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
