A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Support Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers to ensure exceptional technical customer support
- Oversee team performance, including conducting performance reviews and addressing employee relations issues
- Drive initiatives to improve team productivity and collaborate on high-priority escalations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of technical experience in customer support or related roles
- Minimum of 1+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
