Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medical eligibility and outreach initiatives, advising on medical eligibility policy and referral trends
- Evaluate and improve referral and eligibility certification procedures to enhance access and streamline workflows
- Develop training and resources for staff and maintain communication with a network of volunteer medical advisors
Required Qualifications
- Practicing license as a NP, MD, or DO is required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant pediatric field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a people leader
- Minimum of 2 years of management and patient care experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Demonstrated experience in program and policy development in a healthcare setting
