Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stock Administrator and Support Specialist - SaaS Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pooled support to stock plan service SaaS client administrators
- Respond to client support requests and document follow-up needs
- Create and update System User Guides and participate in product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in equity compensation or client service roles in financial services
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, including stock options and RSUs
- Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred
