Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned NG911 customer accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is incorporated into service improvements
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling NG911 solutions and services
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or public safety sectors
- Demonstrated success in growing existing customer accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Experience managing contract renewals and negotiating terms with enterprise or government clients
- Familiarity with NG911 or emergency services technology is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
