- CIPD, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or equivalent qualification with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HRBP role
- Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Experience in a fast-paced, complex, global company
