Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Planning (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen processes for prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making in Medicare Advantage
• Develop financial analyses to assess the efficacy and efficiency of Aledade Plus initiatives
• Lead strategy and execution to address capability gaps in health plan operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, BizOps, or a related function
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare
• Strong quantitative and analytic modeling skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects
