Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Support Engineer - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide customer service while maintaining technical documentation
- Assist in release planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize the impact of new releases
- Administer and monitor software integrations, manage application servers, and document integration processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical skills or job experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems support for Windows and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in command line interface, scripting, and process automation
- Experience with common database technologies such as SQL Database/Server
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle practices and experience with cloud computing technologies
