Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience building recruiting functions in high-growth technology companies
- Experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineering and Data Science
- Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially in the Philippines and Eastern Europe
- Experience implementing and optimizing applicant tracking systems
