Key Responsibilities
- Execute the strategic recruitment plan and manage all stages of the hiring process
- Identify and creatively source applicants through various channels and maintain communication with candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment
- 1+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Tertiary qualification in HR or Organizational Psychology is preferred
