Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager responsible for overseeing corporate tax matters for US-based agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax responsibilities including income tax, sales and use tax, and property tax
• Consult on client program tax matters and global tax strategy
• Ensure compliance with licenses and registrations related to taxation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in tax management or related roles
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
• Experience with international tax matters is a plus
