Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist to support client onboarding and deployment for Enterprise and Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and deployment phases
- Coordinate technical implementation steps and troubleshoot onboarding issues
- Contribute to the development of the enterprise onboarding program and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or technical project coordination
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Experience with API integrations, SFTP configurations, or batch data processing is preferred
- Comfortable in a client-facing, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
