Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and customer lifecycle management, ensuring successful integration of APIs and data pipelines
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to design implementation plans and troubleshoot integration issues
- Identify and resolve blockers to maximize customer value and create reusable documentation for scalable support
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical roles such as engineering, implementation, or technical account management
- Hands-on experience with API integration and working with SDKs
- Experience with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders
- Track record of building processes and documentation to improve efficiency
- Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
