Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and broadband network issues
- Log all calls in the call tracking system and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide administrative support for the enrollment process and assist with training new agents
Required Qualifications
- Prior technical contact center or Help Desk experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and home networking
- College degree preferred
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications are a plus
