Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and databases
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification/experience is a plus
