Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet security screening requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Windows Server
- Citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions
