Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their expectations are met regarding various operational aspects
- Collaborate with engineering to address and resolve customer challenges effectively
- Lead a team of Support Engineers while enhancing support infrastructure and processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in L3 support of enterprise products, focusing on distributed systems
- 2+ years of experience in a support leadership role within a customer-facing environment
- Strong understanding of Linux troubleshooting commands and regular expressions
- Experience with deploying and troubleshooting applications in Kubernetes
- Proficiency in bash scripting and/or Python
