Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via inbound calls, support tickets, and web chats
- Assess customer technical needs and route them accordingly while following documented procedures
- Maintain customer satisfaction by achieving performance goals and managing proactive communications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years customer support experience
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and fix problems quickly
- Some experience with Active Directory and understanding of domain environments
