Job Summary
A company is looking for a Women's Health Temporary Outbound Patient Advocate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers daily through various channels
- Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and ensure timely test result delivery
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues and enhance customer service practices
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
- Experience with customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
- BA/BS preferred but not required
- Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
- This is a 100% remote role
