Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health Temporary Outbound Patient Advocate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers daily through various channels
  • Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and ensure timely test result delivery
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues and enhance customer service practices
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
  • Experience with customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
  • This is a 100% remote role
