TLM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TLM Implementation Specialist who will manage the implementation lifecycle of the UKG TLM Module.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and conduct TLM Discovery sessions to gather requirements
• Configure the UKG TLM Module and provide training to clients on its use
• Support clients and team members throughout the implementation process and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
• At least two years of experience implementing UKG Workforce Ready, specifically the TLM module
• Understanding of state overtime, sick time, and wage laws
• Experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems, preferably UKG Ready
