Job Summary
A company is looking for a TLM Implementation Specialist who will manage the implementation lifecycle of the UKG TLM Module.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings and conduct TLM Discovery sessions to gather requirements
- Configure the UKG TLM Module and provide training to clients on its use
- Support clients and team members throughout the implementation process and maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least two years of experience implementing UKG Workforce Ready, specifically the TLM module
- Understanding of state overtime, sick time, and wage laws
- Experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
- Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems, preferably UKG Ready
