Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer to join their Education Department in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and onsite to clients and internal employees
- Create and maintain training materials, including guides and documentation
- Collaborate with Team Leads and senior trainers to refine curriculum for onboarding and client education
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- 1-3 years of training, teaching, or facilitation experience, preferably with adult learners
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications is a plus but not required
- Experience with CRM software or similar systems is a bonus
