- Assign and monitor transportation orders while enforcing delivery timelines
- Document and track transportation inquiries and resolutions within company systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Experience in the auto transport/dispatch industry
- Computer proficiency and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Willingness to occasionally meet/work in person at a facility
