UKG Functional Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement UKG Dimensions, including pay rules and accruals management
• Work with business users to gather requirements and create functional designs
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and ensure compliance with labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of experience with UKG products
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (formerly UKG Dimensions)
• Experience in analysis, configuration, and data integration
• Familiarity with configuring interfaces between UKG and other systems
• Knowledge of pay rule configuration and accruals management
