UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to join their talent pipeline for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design user experiences that align with client vision
• Facilitate workshops to clarify needs and create alignment on project direction
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on business requirements and user feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
• 3 or more years of professional UX Design experience, including interaction design and information architecture
• Experience designing complex desktop and web applications for enterprise users
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects and case studies
• Proficiency in Figma or similar UX software, with experience in visual design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
