Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and service Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) within the Claims Department
• Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day while maintaining call response times
• Resolve customer and client claims issues promptly and maintain positive relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficient with computers and applications, such as MS Word and Excel
• Ability to identify and remove workflow obstacles
