A company is looking for a Vendor Funds Analyst to manage vendor rebate claims and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit vendor rebate claims according to agreements
- Communicate with branches and management regarding claim status and issues
- Research and resolve disputed claims and follow up on overdue payments
Required Qualifications
- Accounting degree, progress toward, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative for process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic Microsoft Access skills preferred
- Familiarity with purchasing and pricing processes is a plus
