Vendor Funds Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Funds Analyst to manage vendor rebate claims and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and submit vendor rebate claims according to agreements
• Communicate with branches and management regarding claim status and issues
• Research and resolve disputed claims and follow up on overdue payments

Required Qualifications

• Accounting degree, progress toward, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative for process improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic Microsoft Access skills preferred
• Familiarity with purchasing and pricing processes is a plus
