Vendor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Partner Operations to oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance in the delivery of ancillary health products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews to ensure service quality
• Monitor vendor activities for accuracy and collaborate to resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support contract negotiations and vendor onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in vendor management or benefits administration in healthcare or insurance
• Strong understanding of ancillary health products and group benefits
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ERISA, Section 125, and HIPAA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management or CRM platforms
