Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in post-sale delivery or service operations within a SaaS or technology environment
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with experience in strategic execution
• Proven success in building and optimizing operational processes in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models and customer onboarding
