Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably with 3+ years in the insurance industry
- Experience working within an MGA or Brokerage space
- Strong project management skills
- Experience and willingness to learn AI tooling to optimize operational processes
