Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Total Rewards, HR Technology, or People Operations
- Deep expertise in Workday, particularly in compensation and benefits modules
- Proven success in designing self-insured healthcare programs and 401(k) strategies
- Experience with equity strategy and executive compensation design
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data for strategic decisions
