Job Summary
A company is looking for a WFM Implementation Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with Client stakeholders to outline and discuss training plans
- Facilitate training courses specific to the Client's Workforce Manager system
- Provide training materials as a Job Aid to the Client and prepare for training sessions
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Experience in training facilitation, particularly in workforce management systems
- Familiarity with creating training materials and presentations
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively
- Experience in preparing and customizing training content
- Availability for part-time hours, primarily during EST working hours
