Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Implementation Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with Client stakeholders to outline and discuss training plans
  • Facilitate training courses specific to the Client's Workforce Manager system
  • Provide training materials as a Job Aid to the Client and prepare for training sessions
Required Qualifications and Education:
  • Experience in training facilitation, particularly in workforce management systems
  • Familiarity with creating training materials and presentations
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in preparing and customizing training content
  • Availability for part-time hours, primarily during EST working hours
