Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM Team Lead (Remote in Wisconsin).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of daily operations within the HIM division
• Train and monitor the quality of staff performance
• Oversee the management of health information and electronic health records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completion of a medical terminology course within one year of hire
• Three years of experience in health information management or completion of an HIM program
• Experience with electronic health records
• Associates degree in HIM is strongly preferred
• RHIT/RHIA certification is preferred but not required
