Workday Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Engineer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, build, implement, and support Workday integrations using EIBs, Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Document requirements, integration designs, and solutions while ensuring data security and compliance
• Perform unit testing and support QA testing, collaborating closely with HRIS and business users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
• 6+ years of Workday experience with proficiency in building complex Studio Integrations
• Strong experience in Workday HCM and knowledge of Workday integration tools including EIBs and Core Connector
• Hands-on experience with developer tools such as Studio, Oxygen, and Postman/SOAP UI
• Experience in developing custom APIs (RaaS) and knowledge of XML and XSLTs
