Remote M365 Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M365 Engineer to manage and optimize their Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including various services like Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Architect, implement, and maintain solutions for performance, supportability, and security while planning updates and new features
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support, develop end-user training, and create detailed documentation for the Microsoft 365 platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; equivalent experience may substitute for education
• Three years of experience administering the Microsoft M365 platform; five years preferred
• Current expert-level M365 certification, such as M365 Certified Administrator Expert, is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and experience in managing M365 systems in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, along with a fundamental understanding of network and internet concepts
