Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling

- Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
